1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing tickets, or otherwise using HULT Z, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use HULT Z, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. HULT Z is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Ticket Purchases

Purchase Process

When you purchase tickets through HULT Z:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
• Tickets are subject to availability and event-specific terms
• You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) and QR code(s)
• Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable fees

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Pay applicable taxes and fees
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are determined by individual event organizers. Generally:

• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method
• Event Postponement: Your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date, or you may request a refund per the organizer's policy
• Buyer Cancellation: Refunds for buyer-initiated cancellations are at the discretion of the event organizer
• Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days

6. Ticket Usage and Transfer

Regarding your tickets:

• Each ticket is valid for one entry only
• Tickets may not be resold for profit without organizer permission
• QR codes must be presented for event entry
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced unless specified by the organizer
• Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied entry

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets
• Resell tickets in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on HULT Z, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HULT Z or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HULT Z acts as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket purchasers
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HULT Z, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of HULT Z:

• You agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution
• Disputes will be governed by the laws of Ghana
• Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Accra, Ghana

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Remove or disable access to any content

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

HULT Z is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

15. Force Majeure

HULT Z shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, government orders, labor disputes, or failures of third-party services. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including event organizer websites and social media). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or services.

Your interactions with third parties, including payment processors and event organizers, are solely between you and such third parties. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

17. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the platform. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and HULT Z regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and HULT Z.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of HULT Z. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

21. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
